Jeffrey Jacobs , a distinguished California attorney, has upwards of 35 years of experience with the Department of the Treasury. He spent 15 years as an Internal Revenue Agent, and 20 years as an Estate and Gift Tax Attorney, holding many case conferences and audits, and negotiating complex case settlements for the IRS themselves. Operating in a supervisory capacity, Mr. Jacobs also taught in the classroom, as well as directed on-the-job instruction utilizing and sharing his unique experience and acumen gathered during his continuing and illustrious career.

As a crowning accolade to Mr. Jacobs, the Secretary of the Treasury bestowed The Albert Gallatin Award, the Department of the Treasury’s highest honorary service award, upon him as evidence of the esteem in which he is held by the Department. This is also a reflection of his fidelity to service.

Mr. Jacobs is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of California, the United States Tax Court, and Central District Court of California. He is also a member in good standing of the State Bar of California, Taxation section.
